Danny is a first-year Master of Health Informatics student at the School of Information. He is passionate about promoting equitable healthcare by improving digital, financial, and healthcare literacy particularly within immigrant and Vietnamese communities. His interests lie at the intersection of public health, technology, and policy, with a focus on leveraging health informatics to reduce disparities and expand access to care.

Before beginning graduate studies, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2024 with an elective concentration in Public Health and Information Science and worked as a Patient Financial Specialist at University of Michigan Health-West managing billing inquiries, insurance discrepancies, and patient tickets.
